I can’t get into Epicare. When I log in, I get the message Logout successful
You have successfully logged out.

I remember rebooting my laptop the last time I got this message and that solved the problem, now I am not having any success after rebooting the laptop. Any ideas out there why this is happening.

In case you didn’t try this already - clear the browser’s cache. You can use CTRL+SHIFT+DEL in most of the browsers for that.

What Dragos said. If that doesn’t work, try opening an In-Private/Incognito window.
