I have been impressed with the last three service packs as far as the amount of things they fixed and that they did not break anything new. I like the Service Packs better than several patches, especially when you have to update all your other installed programs also each time.
The install went smooth and it only took 2 hours to convert our 10GB database. I am in process of cleaning up Customizations now and testing BAQ's.
