Our company currently does not utilize MRP efficiently and we lack the resources and knowledge to improve this area on our own. We are hoping to find a resource and path to help us achieve the goal of fully utilizing MRP.
We are looking for a consulting resource with a plan of action for implementation and training required to use MRP (version 8.03.409c). The plan should include suggested steps for setup, implementation and then daily processing using MRP and the resulting flow. At least some initial training will also be needed and possibly you can make recommendations for any additional training that may be required at a later time.
We are hoping to get a response in the next two days. Please let us know if you can provide this expertise and what you can suggest for our company.
