Does anyone have issues going on Epicor on a Mac computer? We are on SaaS 2023.100.9
I use Epicor daily on a Mac, no issues (with 2026.100.x)
Occasionally Safari will do something odd, but it is not a supported browser. Chrome works just fine.
Edit: Also, I would add that running Windows ARM64 build in VMWare Fusion performs at quite an acceptable speed in Epicor, it’s not noticeably slower than in a native windows build. (On an M5 Max 128GB) - I regularly use that set up when I need edge agent.
I switched to macOS fully a year ago, never looked back. You don’t need the all-out, I started with M4 Pro 24GB and it did great. I am now on an M5 Max same as Gabe for AI reasons.
I’ve run versions 2024.X through 2026.1 with no issues on Edge.

We have macs, I am not having any issues on them.
Yea I don’t either but our customer service person is. I was hoping someone knew why it wouldn’t on hers.
What are the issues? What browser(s) are they using?
Been using Macs for years, Safari is NOT among the browsers I use. That’s where I would look for issues with Epicor

she can open the main screen but when she tries to open something it just spins. she is going to try Chrome and see if that works

If all else fails clear the browser cache.
Every day since we went live in 2021. I use Parallels Desktop to host a WIndows client when I needed it for Classic, or currently, just for DMT and APR. Otherwise, I use Arc browser on macOS, which is Chromium-based, and never have issues except with a few plugins (the Claude browser plugin doesn’t work with it, so I use straight Chrome when I need it).
