Manager Password Expired - Cannot Login to new Environment

Good morning all,
Yesterday we setup a new DB for testing (fresh install with none of our existing data). I am having troubles logging into the environment because the manager password has expired. Is there any easy way to reset this? I’ve tried modifying the expiration date, via sql, but it doesn’t seem to stick. I cannot access the application server via EAC either because it is currently connected to that Manager account, as there have not been any other accounts setup yet. Any words of wisdom?
