Mandatory Note in Order Entry

Hi,

Can anyone know where we can put a Mandatory Note when the Topic contant ‘‘XYZ’’ in order entry ?

Exemple : When we receive a order from web order, when we go into Order Entry, The mandatory Note ‘‘pop up’’ WARNING customer have exceeded their credit limit.

Where can we setup this ?
