Before we ship anything, we run the open PO report and pick list report for the job. They should be blank. If anything is listed, it has not been issued. Before we had CorVu (a report writer), we would run the production detail report and check line-by-line for required vs. issued quantity. Now with the report, I generate that info automatically and filter to find the exceptions.

I can't help you with the efficiency report, but what kind of efficiency are you talking about? Under hours? Shipped late? Etc.

I am looking for a way to verify if all the material has been issued after the order is shipped. Does anyone have a report or perhaps a suggestion on an efficient way of verifying that?
