Mass Receipt claims there are Serial Number Tracked lines

We have a PO for office supplies that we are trying to receive in, but Mass Receipt is throwing a BL Error:

The “Parts” that we are receiving in are not inventoried parts in our system, and are not Serial Tracked in any way. And the Type of Purchase for the PO is set to “Other”.

Where else can I look to see what is causing this?

I think the first spot I’d look is on the part plant record of the items that are getting received.

Someone may have accidentally checked serial tracked on the part plant level on something.

@Schae235 - The items being received in are not Parts that are in our Part Master, and don’t have any records in the Part Plant table.

I looked at the Site Configuration, and Serial Tracking is set to “No Serial Tracking”.

I was able to recreate the issue by changing my plant to one that is not where the PO was for. That popped up the same error. Oddly enough, though, that plant is also set to “No Serial Tracking”…so it must be something to do with transfers (does Receipt Entry automatically assume that there is a transfer if the PO is received at a different plant?)
