Master Pack and QuickShip not using the same weight measurements?

Any idea why Master Pack is printing out weight in pounds but QuickShip is converting to KG’s on the Commercial Invoices?

The user got back to me today.

Ours is set to lbs. already. That is the issue is that it is set to lbs. but converts to kgs for the Canada order.

What would cause it to convert from lbs to kgs? How can I stop it from converting to kgs?

No, thank you, it’s for invoicing. The customer is upset that the lbs are being converted to kgs.

Is it only on the Canadian documents?

That is correct, this only happens on the Canada invoices.

He did elaborate and said international invoices and that Canada falls into that designation.

So, this just started working properly today. I didn’t make a change and the users didn’t make a change. If I learn how this was fixed, I will reply and share the fix. As of right now it fixed itself?!

Breaks are Important

I swear I didn’t make any changes. (Obviously I’m incorrect, or insane.) But decided to leave for lunch to celebrate my employee’s birthday. Before I left, the code I was working on didn’t work. Insert Break / Lunch But magically, when I get back, it all works. [magic GIF] Should I be nervous, and worry I’m losing it, or just go with it?
