We currently use MRP to forecast materials for all our live products, however, we have recently had issues with new parts that require specific materials that we don’t stock but need to review material demand.
I understand why MRP doesn’t include Unapproved parts but wonder if anyone has any suggestions or workarounds to pick up this other demand? We currently work that each level of production is it’s own part number \ has it’s own BOM so I would be struggling to write a report for this as different parts may have different levels. Any advice appreciated!
