We use generic accounts for MES. I thinks someone here try what you said but I will try it by my side. I will tell you monday if it works.
Iām curious if you enable trace logging if that fixes it. I had the same issue where it would freeze and take a minute or more to respond, but with trace logging enabled itās fine. Couldnāt tell you why that is, I donāt like it, but it was a workaround. Our generic user for all folks has it enabled from user account maint.
I try it and nothing change. But with the trace we find the probleme looks like to be in the Stored Procedure for the login but I try to change the License Timeout to 600. Let you know if it fixes my problem
