We are encountering an issue where users are able to log into Epicor Data Collection via browser (not clocking in) and then shortly after attempt to open and log into Data Collection on the Client.
The moment they log in with the same account it then kicks them out of the browser session with a timed out message, even though only a few minutes have passed.
Hoping to better understand why this behavior is occurring and if there is anyway to avoid it.
That is correct and not correct in some cases, sometimes multiple sessions consume one license, sometimes multiple. When it’s Data Collection and Desktop I believe that’s two (different) licenses.
