We have all our MES workstations logging in as the same user. If the workstation is logged in, and there is an active connection, then they are consuming one license seat.
We have our timeout on the plant floor user set to 15 minutes. So after 15 minutes of inactivity at the MES terminal, that license appears to be released back to the pool.
Thanks,
John Kreger
