Regedit to the rescue…

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft

Right-click and create a new key called “MicrosoftEdge.” In this key, make a new DWORD (32-bit) Value called ‘PreventLaunchEdge’ and set its value data to 1
