Hi,
Is there a way to change the status of a MSE pack ID from Staged back to Open? I checked the Actions menu and the Open option is grayed out.

Try this:
In Misc Ship Entry >Summary, right click the stage drop down, and open with Stage Ship Confirm. You should be about to unstage it here using the Actions menu.
That does not change the Status from Staged.
Quick update: I managed to figure it out. I was getting a Workstation related error. So I chose a workstation and then Unstaged the MSE, which changed the status to Close and I was able to change it to Open after that. Thank you for your help. I appreciate it.
