All, there are more than a dozen apps on the stores related to Epicor. We are starting to evaluate the mobile CRM (having some success with it). Is there a shop tracker app for supervisors that allows them to see who is checked in and out, possibly manage that, and see warnings, etc.?
Not looking for the time entry app, but rather a shop tracker.

There is a shop tracker in the application which means that it can be accessed via a Browser, it works in conjunction with Global Alerts etc. so that the shop warnings are generated
I know it’s responsive. I’m looking for a specific app that they might have for iOS or Android. We probably might just have to make a phone shortcut to go directly to the shop screen if there is nothing specific for it.
There is no specific app. The Shop Tracker can be accessed through the browser via either DC/MES or the main app.
We are working on Mobile apps cross platform based on Epicor Rest API and we will be able to integrate this module.
