I’m a long time Epicor ERP user, I have been asked to modify a system report in P21. Is this a similar process to ERP, or completely different? Appreciate any feedback.
You probably have this resolved already, but yes, customizing crystal reports is similar in both P21 and Epicor ERP. Nothing special needs to be done in P21, just copy the report and rename to custom and make sure the report is using that version.
