Steve,
It appears that you created a new "Shortage Report" folder at
www.egroups.com/files/vantage <http://www.egroups.com/files/vantage> , but
the folder contains no files. Is the empty folder there because you created
it in anticipation of uploading the report when the improvements were
finished or because you attempted to upload the report and the upload simply
did not work?

Chuck and All,
I will post the Shortage Report next week. We have a contract person
that comes in once every two weeks to create our Vantage special
reports. We are making improvements to the report which I will post.
I'll be happy to answer any questions about the report. I'll also post
a similar Job Structure report that may be handy for everyone. We use
the Job Structure report to check our project engineers, their
goes-in-to and quantity per parent, etc.
