Move inventory out of WIP

Hi all,

We placed an order for job material but made an error on the releases. 27pcs have been receipted against a job, but only 20pcs are required. The additional 7pcs should be issued to another job.

Does anyone know how to move the inventory from WIP either to the job or to stock?

Return Material would be how to get it out of WIP and back to stock. Then you can issue it from stock to the other job.

If return material doesn’t clear the WIP, you can use adjust material to clear it after returning it.
