Move WIP

In the Move WIP process some Jobs are working correctly and I can populate the From data; Job, Assembly, Opr, Warehouse, Bin.
This then allows me to process and update the PartWip table.
But many Jobs I am unable to populate the From data and cannot process.

All Jobs in question are released and in production.
LaborDtl records are being created through MES.

Is this expected behaviour or am I missing something?

what quantities are the jobs for, do all the resources have an in and an out warehouse and bin

Hi Andy,
Jobs are for various amounts.
As far as ResourceGroup and Resource setup:
Input Warehouse / Input Bin defined for everything.
Output Warehouse / Output Bin NOT defined for anything.

I have now defined an Output Warehouse / Bin and will monitor to see if this change has any effect.

Odd why 80% of Jobs work and 20% don’t when Output Warehouse / Bin are undefined.

Hi, sorry didn’t realise it was you, let’s discuss this next week.

One thing to check, is that you don’t have auto move set anywhere
