We have a make direct sales order. MRP created jobs, they were firmed and completed but not shipped. Someone accidentally closed the jobs, so MRP kicked out new suggestions. I had them reopen the jobs and even after a full regen more unfirm jobs are showing up.
Next I had them go into the jobs, delete the demand link, then add it back in (an old support workaround I was given). We still got more unfirm jobs after MRP ran again.
I’m having them “uncomplete” the jobs and have deleted the unfirm jobs in order entry for our next trial.
I’ve never had this type of issue before, only difference I’m seeing is there are details in the quote (we run MRP with get details from quote) - so it’s going down the quote routine in MRP.
Anyone else ever run into this? If so, is there a way to fix it?
