MRP run time, Eng makes a change, not populating updated info

Part of our schedule release process include a short horizon net change MRP run at noon. In 9.05.603 it is taking only 25 minutes. it was taking one hour.

This addressed the job details issue and picks up new unfirm demand that could be released that day yet.

We run a full regen MRP at night.

MRP runs every day at 5am.

If engineering makes a change (i.e. adds another rev) after MRP has run and the planner is not informed of the change then when she converts the MRP to a job it will not populate that updated information.

The system takes a snapshot of information at that moment in time.

I currently delete the details at the job level and then get details again to make sure I am at the current rev.

Has anyone else encountered this in 8.03.409C?
If so, what did you do to work around this?
Anything creative beyond a BPM email to someone when Eng makes changes?

Thank you for your feedback.
