I have a user....and yes just one user....when they print a Mtl Tag from Inspection processing it is putting a Lot Num when they isn't one on the tag and sometime the Part Description doesn't match the Part Num. Everyone can print tags fine. When I log in it works fine. I even tried it from another PC and same issue...and tested from Test Environment. I have cleared all personalization and cleared client cache. I am not sure what else to try. Any suggestions???
