Multi-Company Blank Title 99616

We will be bringing our UK subsidiary online into our E9.04.506C system "on or before 3/31/2012" as a multi-company (single database). It is also likely there will be other companies/legal entities added in the future. I'm just beginning to digest the Multi-Site Tech Ref manual. Do I need to set up a separate "consolidation" company in which the consolidations occur, or can my US company be the "parent" with the UK (and eventually other) sites being "children"? It looks like the former, but I just want to make sure.

I use the multi-company in Vantage, in the version 8.03.408b. The multi-company works bad, because when I make a many changes on the PO when the PO pass on the multi-company no works good.

Why the companies use the multi-company, and your multi-company he works good ?
