Kunal,
The best way to capture multi company financials is to create a 3rd company that would be the "parent" company and you would "roll up" each child company financials/GL balances to that company each month and generate your consolidated financial reports from there. (You will still be able to run individual financial reports out of each of the child companies this way).
I do not have a recommendation on a consultant, sorry.
Best of luck,

Subject: [Vantage] multi-company setup
Hello,
We are likely going to move from a single company to a multiple-company setup. However, finance and purchasing need to be able to work with and pull data from all "companies" set up in the database. Is this kind of setup possible? If so, I imagine we would need a epicor consultant to set this up for us - any recommendations on good consultants on this topic (we have had some truly horrible ones in the past for other things, so this time I would like some recommendations before paying for one to come out here)?
Thanks,
Kunal
