Does anyone know how to have more than one Field Template in the To/CC/BCC fields on a routing email? I have tried multiple things and have never gotten it to work.
I have tried no separation character, a comma, a semi-colon, a colon and none of them work. No email addresses get populated.
Are you sure you’re getting email addresses into the data in the first place?
Excellent question. I was until you asked the question and then I went back to test again and it wasn’t. I know that data was getting to the fields but found out that the Customer I was testing with did not have the proper data so all of my tests were not populating correctly.
