Understand that for Epicor, one project billing milestone is to one invoice number. If I required multiple milestone into one invoice number, did anyone done a customization to handle this or have some workarounds to resolve this issue? Please share with me. Thanks.
I believe Epicor Table structure doesn’t support this, but, not bad to get second opinion.

No. We decided to accept the feature as it is as the understanding from vendor that it will be a very complex customization and as simple as the requirement sound.
Hi Eddie - we had this requirement too and paid a consultant to write a customization to handle it.
