NCR to generate a Job for rework

Good day experts,
Happy New Year.

Would like to share a scenario which I hope someone from this group has already encountered and hoping to gain some insights.

We create an NCR to an inventory item which would then remove it from stock. It then goes to inspection processing for us to do NCR disposition which normally to a job for repair/rework.

Question:
Is there anyway in the system where a demand is generated based on NCR disposition? For example, it needs to be reworked, so a job must exist.

As of now, our quality team will email our job writers to create a job for the NCR and I am hoping there is an out of the box thing (not manual email) that would show somewhere.

Not that I am aware of. The below is from the MRP Tech Ref.

There is nothing in there that is part of the NCR/DMR process. If you wanted to do a BPM to create a Job or Sales Order after the disposition, that would work, but I have no idea what it would take.
