Need Help with UD Tables and UD Fields

I couldn’t find much information on creating UD tables and UD fields. Can anyone recommend something like a guide or any other helpful material?

To be honest, the easiest way to get an overview is to go to “UD Column Maintenance” menu… and then click on help.
