If I am correct, this is the number of licenses that you have. You have more users than licenses available. Or you have some "ghost" users - people who are in there more than once.
You can use Promon to kill the duplicate users, if any. If there are no duplicates, you can always buy more licenses, but that is costly. We have been discussing on these boards about a timeout parameter you setup in the registry of the server to kill Vantage sessions after so many minutes have timed out. It will leave you with error messages when those people enter back into vantage.
Attached is how to modify the registry. Some users use 120 minutes to time out. When we implement this, we may shoot for 30-45 minutes. We'll see.
