Needing to clicking menu links multiple times to open a form

Has anyone else had the issue where Epicor seems to ignore menu clicks? I can’t replicate consistently, but it happens to everyone. You open the menu in the modern homepage, and click on a link (menu, homepage tile, or recents), but nothing happens. Sometimes it takes a few clicks.

When it works properly, 95% of the time, you click on a link, get the spinning circle for a second, and then the UI form appears.

What’s the root cause and fix?

We’re in the middle of an effort to improve Epicor, and this is one of the common complaints our employees have.

I have that trouble too.

I’ve never figured it out. I’m guessing it might be some kind of input-focus issue.

I just opened an EpiCare case, CS0002591402 - Needing to clicking menu links multiple times to open a form. We’ll see what becomes of it… I figure the more info I can provide, the better solution we’ll get!
