We are preparing to implement a new company into 2024.2.10 Cloud and cannot find a checklist that I can use as a project plan. Any thoughts or advise?

Since you’re cloud, Epicor Support will be doing the heavy lifting and actually create the company in the database. Once that’s complete, at a VERY high level:
- Fill out the Company Configuration (this will probably require some additional setup data, but each environment is different);
- Define and begin configuring Sites (if you have them);
- Set up your Financial Calendar and GL structure.
After this point a LOT depends on how your companies interact. If you have Global Parts/Customers/Suppliers and/or you’ll be doing intercompany sales/purchases/consolidations, there is a whole raft of stuff to do. There is a Complete Multi-Company Self-Paced Course on the Epicor Learning Center that (probably, I haven’t taken it recently) goes over some of the details.
