Newbie BAQ Question

Thanks for the feedback! I tried this with the PO Master Table with the Buyer ID and Ship Via ID fields but it doesn't link the tables automatically. Is this because the fields are in the POHeader Table vs the PODetails Table? How do I link the Names in this instance? Thanks in advance!!

-Sal

In the phrase builder, you need two tables:
1. OrderHed
2. Customer

When you click next after adding these two tables in phrase builder, it links them via Company and CustNum.

This then makes all the information available in the customer file (including name) for your BAQ.

Hello,

I have a BAQ that pulls from the Order Entry Master. I need to pull the Customer Name but the only thing that is offered is the Customer Number. How does one go about displaying the Customer Name rather than the Customer Number? Thanks!!

-Sal
You will need to connect the CUSTOMER table to the BAQ and link the tables
together on CustNum. Then you can pull the CustID and the Name fields from
the Customer table.
