Newbie: Combo box list elements from a .csv file

I'd like to add a combo box to a form and get the list values from a
.csv file that's in directory c:\epicor\mfgsys803\Server\ud\Test\Excel
csv master. Which customization toolbox control, ultracombo or combo,
do I use and how do I point it to the .csv file?
