A simple one here - first get rid of the “Form is not customizable dialog” - we can tell that if the customization selection doesnt open.
Also, any chance of fixing the auto-reset of the form after customization. You guys had a go at in 10.2, but you got the logic backwards - you offer to reset the form if NO changes were made.
