No Results Found on Active Desktop 10.2.200.6

We have our users using the active desktop on 10.2.200.6. Overall, other than numerous complaints about the white background, they liked it, at first. Now, we have discovered that if we leave the Active Desktop and go into the menu tree to do anything, the KPI’s say “No Results Found” when we return to the Active Desktop. I’ve place a support call to Epicor but they are looking into it (just got the entry level phone support and they didn’t know the active desktop). Is anyone else seeing this and have you discovered why?
