We are upgrading our ISO-9002 system to include certification to the
QS-9000 standards, and we are required to quantify and analyze all
nonconforming product (scrap). Other than collecting this information
manually, as in the past, we want to use our Vantage 4.0 to handle this
task in more than two categories. How have any of you been able to collect
this information for analysis in more than two categories? I.e. the
problem is by the time person goes to log out of the job he may have a few
different kinds of scrap, how can we keep track of that using Vantage.
