(O.T Sharepoint Services)

We are migrating to SBS 2003 which includes Sharepoint Services. Wondering
if anybody is using it and what the primary benefits are?. I currently use
shared folders with NTFS permissions, and was wondering if it would be
better to replace them using Sharepoint Services. We are not a ISO shop
requiring document control.
