ODBC Connection for Progress (vista 8.03.4

It looks like to me you are using the incorrect driver, unless you meant to use the DB2 version of the driver.

When you go to create the DSN, select the "Progress OpenEdge <version> Driver" listed below the ones that start with "OpenEdge" and end with "for DB2", "for MS SQL", and "for Sybase".
