Odd behvaiour with Job Prod Qty

I have a case where the Prod qty on the job is being set to 0 when completing the last operation. The job is make to order, I can’t determine what is causing this behavior, but deleting and re-adding the demand link fixes the issue. Just hoping to see if there’s anywhere else i can look at.

There are BPMs/customizations in place, but none are affecting that field directly.

Personally I’d turn on the Change Log for that field so that you can at least pinpoint exactly when it’s happening. Things like this always make me suspicious that there’s some user doing something they shouldn’t (for a variety of reasons) and the Change Log can confirm that or not.

My thought as well, I have it enabled for that field and can see the change being logged by the user according to the log. However, that field is supposed to be read only, and the user isn’t touching any of the demand links. It’s strange and haven’t been able to pinpoint it just yet.

If you’re referring to the box at the top off Job Entry that displays this information, yes, but users can change it by updating the quantity on the demand link(s).

Is this happening on a specific Part, or is it a global issue? I remember having a similar problem in a previous job. If I’m remembering right, there was something in the OrderDtl that wasn’t set properly that was causing the issue. Looking at my old BPMs, it looks like I was forcing OrderDtl.GetDtls, OrderDtl.RelJob, and OrderDtl.SchedJob to true. I should have some other docs on what was going on with this. I’ll report back if I find anything more.

Is there any update regarding this issue?
I had a similar situation with the qty, and now I’m experiencing it with the part number.
It seems to be related to the UBAQ and the user dashboards. I’ve submitted a ticket and am waiting for a response from Epicor.
