Odd error in 6.1 - Price group entry

Hello everyone,

We are trying to create price groups in Vantage 6.1.540. After
creating the first price group we try to add another one and get the
following error:

"The total length of the fields in an index exceeds max key size (129)"

and then we are kicked out of Vantage. Has any one ever come across
this error? Any ideas??
