Odd Menu Search Behavior

2024.1 Cloud.
Has anyone else noticed that some menu levels are missing from menu search results?
For example, I am a Security Manager, when I search for ‘Order Tracker’ I just get one result from Sales Management.
But if I browse the menu tree I can find several other instances of Order Tracker, including under Executive Analysis > Trackers.

Why don’t these other menu items return in the search results?

I think this was a change between 2023.2 —> 2024.1 but I’m not positive

The aggregation of the search result was part of the menu search improvements in 2024.1.

Which has led to problems identifying all menu paths in menu maintenance…

When you open menu maint (Kinetic version) on the landing page click All and it brings up a search where you can enter menu desc to find all Order Trackers to update.

The record paging is very bad in Kinetic (miss the simple arrows at the top in classic)

So, it’s a feature, not a problem? Is it something that can perhaps be turned off?
How does this mesh (or mess) with security group based access down through a granular security model?

If the menus are different in certain ways (not sure about specifics), like in my example below have different custom layers and/or maybe the different security groups then multiple instances will show up. For example, I have different custom layers and security groups on various Part Maintenance screens and this is how it appears in Menu Search (on 2024.1.9):
