Off Topic - Carriers for Point to Point T-1's

We have just signed with CTC to do a point to point T1. We are in the
Northeast, but I do believe they handle the Midwest as well, not positive,
though, because I don't handle that part of things. Their website is

I'm looking for suggestions for companies that can provide Point to Point
T-1's for data in the Midwest.

I've already contacted:
* MCI
* Sprint
* McLeod
* AT&T

Anyone have any other ideas ?
