Off Topic - Customer Service Software

I used a product called Maximizer. It was very flexible and uses Crystal
for reports. It also has calendaring, etc. You can pretty much set it up
in any form you want to use it. Also allows outside sales or service people
to synchronize their data to the master, very efficiently.

with efficiency and flexibility. I am considering writing a database and
forms with Access since it's a product we already have. If anyone has any
better solutions or advice, they would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked with Epicor on their Clientele solution? It may be a
overkill for what you are looking for but they have had some very good price
discounts in the past on this for Vantage users.
