join our management team. This individual will report to the Vice President
of Specialty Chemicals and will develop strategies/objectives to meet goals;
and oversee production and maintenance. Bachelor's degree from a four-year
college or university plus 2-4 years supervisory experience required.
Leadership experience and a customer service mindset are required. Proven
abilities to motivate and lead others in quality programs as well as
superior interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of Epicor's Vantage
manufacturing software is also a plus.
