Okay, is there a file name ctMeter.ocx in the Vantage\OCX directory?
If not, then that would be your problem. Mine is 40Kb in size and shows
version 2.0.0.1. You can get the version of your file by right-clicking
on
the file, choosing Properties, then select the Version tab when the
Properties page shows up.

Check the Vantage\OCX directory for a file called InstOCX.exe and run
it
at
the workstation.
Hopefully this will get rid of the error.
