Open a report with a shortcut.sysconfig file

Hello,

I am trying to create a script that would open a report directly and process a report and then save it to a specific folder. My question would be, is there any way to have the shortcut be a BAQreport?

UPDATE: Now that I read this, it is not a script it is a Sysconfigfile. I am trying to find the ProcessID that would suit my needs.

Thanks!

Hey guys, does any of you know any solution for this problem? Hate to tag you but you always seem to have the answer or a workaround solution haha

Thanks!

There are ways to do this search the forum we have explained several.times how to launch a specific program from a sysconfig shortcut.

Even custom BAQ reports? I have tried looking for the post several times. But it seems that it was similar but not just what I needed, the closest one was this one

But I don’t know what the Process ID would be for my custom Menu Added. I have tried a Server trace but with no luck.

Thanks!

Create a menu item pointing to that report. Then put that menu id on there
