On a dashboard we have a few users that can only use the open with when the rows are at the top of their screen. As they move down rows, like the bottom half, the open with pop up doesn’t appear.
Is there a setting somewhere that we can try and update.
One thing I did notice that for these users the open with pop starts at their cursor. So that when they get to halfway down their screen the pop would be off their screen. Also, when they right click, something is happening, just not the pop up.
Other users that don’t have this issue; when they right click their open with pop up moves around the screen so that it always appears.
