I am researching and planning to test Open4's Benefit Enrollment Batch Load
process as the means for importing benefit changes into Open4 (as opposed to
an initial data load). Has anyone on the list done this in your
implementation? If so, do you have any advice regarding particular issues
you may have encountered?
