@hkeric.wci Thanks for sharing that information! 
It took me like 4hrs because I was confused, I wasn’t looking the the XML necessarily and in some cases I was and the bug wasnt there… It was all dependent on SelectedTabIndex then I changed it manually via SQL and sure enough I could get other tabs to focus.
I was heading down the wrong rabbit hole for quite some time 
assuming it was an Epicor Bug. It wasnt.
